TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG (TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG): Twitch Streaming Error

When I try to stream on twitch I get a little box in the chat that says: TTV_WRN_FRAMES_QUEUEING (TTV_WRN_FRAMES_QUEUEING) but the stream is still fine after that a nother message pops up in chat and halts the stream completely: TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG (TTV_EC_FRAME_QUEUE_TOO_LONG) please help soon
