Thunder Bug and Torch Shadow Bug

What I expected to happen
Its Happened long time ago about 1.7.2 I just typing wheater thunder command I can't see a Lighting also when its have a thunder i also can't lighting

What actually happened was the Thunderstorm can't see a Lighting
when i type some wheater thunder command.
and there a shadow backside of torch
