Minecraft 1.7.6 Server

So I was using the 1.7.6 Server and I had just gotten it up and replacing my 1.7.5 server, so I ran it and it gave me all those files so I said no problem lets just generate new ones, and so I deleted the existing files in the folder. It generated new .JSON files, and I opened them up with Notepad++. Can anybody tell me how to configure this?
