Superflat screen is shifted upwards

What I expected to happen was...:
The superflat screen would look normal.

What actually happened was...:
It was shifted upwards for some reason.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Create New World"
2. Make it a "Superflat World"
3. The block icons will appear shifted upwards.
