Crash - no movements possible

I hang (after months of work in single mode without any mods) in one of my home- rooms. Suddenly no movements possible and then came a creeper and exploded near me and left a black hole. After that the grafic was damaged I could change the menues but could not do something active.
Some new System starts. Always the same: Landsscape could not load.
What now? I had contact with the Support Center and they told me that they can only help with account- and paying-problems. This is really bad for me for I see no other way for my work to get it back.
