Minecraft suddenly crashes after start.

When I start Minecraft it shows the Options for Singleplayer, Multiplayer etc.
But then suddenly it crashes and the launcher shows again.
The Developer Console says it failes after the Sound Engine initialized.
In the Attachment is the Error Log.
