Frozen Inventory

There is a problem with the inventory thing. When ever I try to shift-click, it doesn't warp to the inside. I try to grab it, it does nothing, I can drop my stuff, but cant move it in my inventory. I have to hold down the break button and drag it, but it will spread it evenly until it is gone. Please fix this. Playing MineCraft is very difficult like this
