A zombie attacked a door and died before to destroy it! The particles that show the door attacked are still there

When a zombie attack the door , and i kill him but the particles that shows the door destroying dont dessapear! Only if you relog on a server or re enter on a map! I need this bug to be fixed! Please do somethind D:
