Crash to desktop starting world; nosuchmethoderror

Game crashed while fighting an Endermen.

Now the game Crashes to desktop immediately upon loading THAT specific world. World has laoding screen, then CTD (never even begins to attempt to render, or at least, not visibly). Other worlds load fine. The following stacktrace is the culprit:

I have REI's minimap mod enabled, but I removed it to test with a stock flavor of 1.4.6 minecraft.jar, same results.
