Fatal error when trying to load game: game will not load or run

When starting the game it tries to load but encounters a fatal error. It is called an :exceptional access violation. the problematic frame is
[ig4icd32.dll+0x105369.

Whenever the game is initiated it tries to start but ends up back at the "run" of start frame. Will not run. Worked for a couple days and now nothing.
