The website says my user doesn't exist

My user is Dragon_x_Chibi and my Minecraft launcher is logged in but I can't log into the website because it says that my user does exist. I have a Mojang account and that account isn't connected to my Minecraft account its self. (Dragon_x_chibi is the one I bought Minecraft on)I was just trying to log in to change my skin.
