Minecart stops when going upwards

If a minecart travels to fast when entering a upwards slope, it may stop and turn around. It usually stops at the second block of the slope.

Iv'e added the design which i found the bug in.
Just place the minecart where the track comes back up on the top loop and push it to the right to get som action.
