This problem seems to occur whenever i craft a map

Hello,
I created a server about 2 days ago and everything on it seemed to work fine, until i began crafting maps. I would place papers along the sides of the crafting grid and place a map in the center and would hit shift to craft it, I did this about 3 times until the game crashed and the description was updating screen events
