The Twitch.tv broadcasting integration won't work

Whenever I try using the Twitch.tv broadcasting integration it won't work. I tried it through the pause menu and through F6, but every time it says "Unable to load the libraries needed for the integrated Twitch broadcasting service." I already connected my Twitch account to my Mojang account, but it still won't work.
