14w11b Server failure.

I have been hosting a server for quite some time now running on 1.8 snapshots. Strangely upon updating to the newest snapshot (14w11b) it has been failing to start and giving a very strange error report. I have tried many times and gotten the same error but I am not sure what to make of it.
