Minecraft freezes on more world options menu

When I click on more world options in the create a world menu under single player the game freezes. No buttons can be clicked and have to end Minecraft task to close it. No seed can be input and world options can not be clicked. Minecraft music will still play in the background. Minecraft 1.7.5 and 1.7.6 pre-release works without problems.
