Chunk Error

I started to build a large underground lab, when i started at the "power" room (fake Nuclear Powerplant) i got this chunk error that won't go away.

I have tried shutting the game off, change my settings, close my resource pack and change the updates from older to newer just to check if it would work.
I even shutted down my computer for hours and came back, no progress...
Even all the chunks around it is loaded, that one single chunk won't load at all!

Can you awesome Mojang people fix Chunk errors?
