SpreadPlayers Entity WitherSkull

I try to use The SpreadPlayers command in entity Wither Skull, but don't work. The Skull have a custom UUID(1-1-1-1-1), it works in other entitys like chickens with custom UUID too, but in WitherSkulls don't work.

/summon WitherSkull ~ ~ ~
