Invisible Fireworks

I placed a firework rocket and there were no particles but there was the launch sound effect.
What I Expected To Happen:
When I placed the firework, I would see some particles.

What Actually Happened Was:
I heard the launch sound but I didn't see any particles.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Make a firework.
2. Try to launch it.
