Custom Skins Don't Work In LAN Servers.

whenever i host a LAN server i see my skin but not my friend he has a skin and also my skin does not work for him if he hosts a LAN server in the snapshots

how to recreate
1 host a LAN server in 14W11B or just 1.8
2 have a friend join
3 Look at frends skin
