end portal item bug

This photo show missing texture in item box and item name is wrong. i point out what item it was or should be. it is end portal. when you give that item to your self. the name is right. i try see if anyone reported this and didnt find any. so if someone did reported. you can remove this or move my photo to post that been around for sometime.
