The Bug:

Tamed and baby entities can push their adults.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a cow and a baby cow by using the commands provided below.

   /summon minecraft:cow ~ ~ ~

   /summon minecraft:cow ~ ~ ~ {Age:-25000}

2. Observe their behavior for a while and how they collide with one another.
3. Take note as to whether or not tamed and baby entities can push their adults.

Observed Behavior:

Tamed and baby entities can push their adults.

Expected Behavior:

Tamed and baby entities would not be able to push their adults.
