Minecraft Server Drop Issues

I can't throw down any weapons or armor. They all instantly disappear and get put back into my equipment slot(s).

This is NOT a duplicate of the other issues (MC-4560). I have never modified the .dat files and I even downloaded an NBT editor to check for the other guys fix.

P.S, this DOES NOT happen in vanilla. Only when I login to our server to play.
