Blocks not loading visually. Some entities do load though. (see screenshot)

Blocks will not load visually. Some entities and hand-held objects do load.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to see the minecraft world

What actually happened was...:
Blocks will not load making the game unplayable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I am sorry, I have no clue how this bug triggered. I tried reinstalling the game and the same problems continue to persist.
