Structure Spawning Errors

I'm not sure if these officially count as bugs, but I consider them to be. Picture 1 shows a village house buried. I have seen dozens of instances where a house is not level with the road.
Pictures 2 and 3 show the opposite walls of a desert pyramid. This is true for all pyramids that I have seen. One wall is filled partially to the pillars, and the other is not.
Picture 4 shows the current manner the stairway is constructed. A second stair is behind the main stair, and once corner stairs were added, it created the following effect.
Picture 5 shows the most appropriate way the error in picture 4 can be changed.
