Block NBT tags copy bug

I tryed to copy a chest that had items in it, with button 3 of the mouse, and I expected to have a chest that has this item, when I placed it. It was the same for me with the command block. Do you have idea why is it happening? I'm pretty sure it's because I'm on Ubuntu.
