Hitbox of small flowers sometimes do not match item

The hitbox seems to be right (at the center of the block) but the flowers themselves are slightly off center. Not all kinds of flowers are involved (here with oxeye)

I understand that the flowers are supposed to be placed of center, but in this case so should be the hitbox.
