Villager Invulnerable with Command Block

I'm trying to create a Villager Invulnerable in a commandblock and i can kill him, i put the same command in chat and nothing happend i can kill without problem.

I already make in other snapshot a villager invulnerable and i can't kill him.

The command i put in the command block
/summon Villager ~ ~1 ~

{Profession:1,Invulnerable:1}

Bad english? i know, i speak spanish ._.

Now testing the Invulnerable:1 don't work. I Tested in horses and other mobs
