Half slabs that are on the top part of the block are not lit properly.

When surrounded by other blocks, top Slabs (any block type) are much darker than they should be.

I expected the blocks to be lit normally, but what actually happened was they were much darker.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place any Slab on the upper part of the block.
2. Surround with other blocks.
