Unresponsive Left Click

Ever since 1.4.1 I have had the problem that I cannot left click any items in my inventory. I have the ability to right click items, but that means only picking up half the stack and placing one item at a time. I find it very annoying considering that it takes a few minutes to pick up 4 stacks and place them in a crafting table. I saw that this was "Resolved" when I had posted it the first time, but it still hasn't been fixed as of 1.4.6(Note: I can shift click items, but I have to right click them to do it.)
