Redstone - Wood Trapdoor

the wood trapdoor updates(close) with redstone wire even been away.

What I expected to happen was...:
the trapdoor stay open

What actually happened was...:
the trapdor close with a restoone wire even been away

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a trapdoor in a slab
2. open a trapdoor
3. put a glass or block on side of the trapdoor
4. put another 1 block below and on the side of a glass or block
5. reston put the wire on the last block (or break the wire) (1 or below the glass block)
