Superflat preset screen flashing

What I expected to happen was...:
The Superflat customization would stay still

What actually happened was...:
It flashed back and forth

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft in the new snapshot
2. Select New World, Superflat, Customize
3. Look away to avoid seizures
