Minecart

there is ALOT of bugs with minecart and rails
a lil list here
Furnace minecart not affected by powered rail
if you turn too fast in a minecart you get out of the rail
minecart cant go up rails when powered you need to go foward to climb
furnace minecart are slow and dont get burning when right clicking with a coal
cart get blocked when going up

and tons more plz fix those
