Glitchy Worlds Select Screen

When I look at my worlds screen, it gets extremely glitch and constantly bounces up and down extremely fast. This does not happen if there is a scroll bar. The only way I can fix this bug is by either making the game window small enough for there to be a scroll bar, or to change the GUI scale large enough for there to be a scroll bar.
