Existing player heads only show the default Steve head

Place a head in a world of a previous Minecraft version (<14w11a)
/give <name> minecraft:skull 1 3

{SkullOwner:<name>}

Open this world in 14w11a, shows only Steve head.
You have to place the head again to see the correct player head.
