/testfor @a command does not work.

/testfor @a[score_Diamonds_min=150,score_stufe1_min=0, score_stufe1=9,-1,2,20,r=8]

The command does not work, the command block does not see as a command.

Edit: I've been several times flown over the coordinates over.
