Command bug with /particle

Command bug with /particle

I wrote "/particle hugeexplosion ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 10" and expected to get the particles of an tnt explosion were I was. I used "~" as a number cause it use to work when i for example want to place a block right over a command block.

Instead I got the text "~ is not a valid number".

1. Write for example "/particle hugeexplosion ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 10".
