Broken Skin Bug

I've had this issue with a few skins now and I had to upload my previous skin around 10 times before the issue was solved , I see some other people like this as well , and so does my friend sometimes. I have attached screenshots of how I am seeing my skin (The broken one) and how my friend i seeing it on a public multilayer server
