Item in my hand changes by itself

Item in my hand changes by itself

So what happened was whenever I would walk, jump, turn around, or even run, the item I had in my hand on the hotbar slot would switch. For instance,if I was holding item 1, it would switch from items, 2-9, and continue switching.

The only thing that triggers it is walking, jumping, or turning. It also seems to be only me that is having this issue.
