Resource Packs being disabled

I made this resource pack with a custom bookshelf model. However, when I select it in game, as soon as I exit the resource pack selection screen, the pack is disabled. I can go back into the pack selection screen and it will have reverted to the default pack, disabling other resource packs as well. I believe this is a bug, however I don't know.
