Animals drop cooked food

When i kill an animal it drops already cooked food ! , and not just that , coal ores don't turn into coal (i get only the block) and stone doesn't turn into cobblestone , and the weird thing that i have this problem in one world (which is my oldest and my Favorite) updating didn't work and i have zero mods ???
