The IO-netty bug

There is a bug on my computer i am ten years old and my computer keep going to the multiplayer menu and its says IO-netty and other words but it is called IO-netty bug when i play multiplayer it keeps crashing back to the multiplayer menu i would appretiate it if you fix my bug thanks.
