When I do /kill in Nether/End, I get a Crash-Blue-Screen of Death.

What I expected to happen was...:
That I would just respawn naturally.

What actually happened was...:
I use TMI to place a End Block and went to the End, then placed a small nether portal, then spawned in the middle of nowhere.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the End
2. Stay in the End or go to the Nether
3. Use the command /kill.
