Client randomly plays minecart sound when entering world, even if no minecarts are loaded near the player.

The 1.7.5 client has been randomly playing the minecart sound at loud volume briefly upon entry into single player or multi player worlds. This is not always happening, but it is happening often enough to be annoying.
I had not noticed this happening before the 1.7.5 update.
