On death MC crashed and world is now unplayable

Was recording a lets play when a skeleton got my in the back while I was slime fighting. Screen went to dirt, was unable to alt + tab my way out. Then crash screen appeared. Map was a Tunnelers Dream Superflat which had generated normal terrain in two long canyons. The world crashes on load every time, other worlds play normal. Attached is the crash report.
