Mobs have notice delay, pocket edition bug spreads to Mac and PC.

Last (Minecraft) night I was outside to fight mobs. But I saw they react slower. I even could kill a skeleton in the water without getting a single arrow in my head.
Creepers in the morning waited about 3 seconds before they saw me!
