Village lag

I had modified the village with fences surounding it and torches to light it up.
I also had put up a few buildings with 12-20 doors to increase population.
At the edge of my render distance there is a mob farm i had built as well,
when i entered the village i was imobilised by lag.

i was getting 0 fps and it did not resolve it self i waited about five minutes.
