"Slightly Danaged Anvil" still facing the wrong way in Inventory/UI

What I expected to happen was for the Slightly Danaged Anvil to be facing in the right direction.

What actually happened was that it was still facing in the wrong direction, even after it said that this bug was "fixed" in 14w10a.

There are no steps to reproduce this bug.
