(minecraft.net website) Personal information notice not displaying when migrating

I have just migrated to a Mojang account. When I reached the "complete profile" phase at https://account.mojang.com/me/complete , I clicked on the "Why do you need my personal information?" link, and it did not display the notice.

I think the JavaScript event it's not preventing the default behavior of the anchor link, so the page just reloads.

I submit the issue because people do this step just once, so it's probably obscure.
