full snowlayer block has a missing model/texture

What I expected to happen was...:
Snow to behave like it normally would so it would stack without it losing its texture/model

What actually happened was...:
When you place the 8th layer of the snow on top of it.. it loses its texture/model

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get some snowlayer blocks
2. Place 8 of them ontop of eachother
3. Observe

(Also happens to all of different height snowlayerblocks when upgrading from 14w08a)

All of those blocks in the background are 1 layer tall snowlayer blocks
